Map four real units, not one repeated outline
List the serial or asset identifier, revision and measured envelope for each of the four speakers. Photograph feet, handles, connectors and protrusions in the agreed transport orientation. Even nominally similar units can carry different accessories, so the supplier needs four traceable records rather than one copied dimension set.
Create a position map such as A through D and connect every position to its intended unit. Define which faces may contact support material and which controls or connectors require clearance. The catalog verifies the product identity and URL only; all dimensional decisions remain project evidence.
Balance density with operational access
Document how the crew loads the four positions, how the case approaches the truck and where the lid is placed at the venue. A compact arrangement is useful only if the last unit can be inserted and the first needed unit can be removed without unsafe improvisation.
Specify visible position labels, accessory ownership and an empty-position rule. If one speaker is absent, loose cables or adapters must not migrate into the equipment bays. Ask the drawing to show partitions and restraint logic without promising any untested load or protection rating.
Use a four-cycle acceptance test
Review the supplier drawing against the four measurement sheets, then run a complete loading cycle with the intended crew. Record grip access, unit-to-position errors, cable interference, lid clearance and the case orientation used at every step.
Repeat unloading in the sequence required at a typical venue and verify that each unit returns to its labelled bay. Close deviations through a dated drawing revision. Approve the workflow only after the evidence matches; do not substitute a visual photo of an empty case for a loaded trial.
