Capture left-right differences before layout
Record the exact model and revision of both speakers and photograph their connector, handle, foot and label faces. Measure each real unit in transport orientation. If accessories or installed parts make the pair asymmetric, keep those differences visible instead of averaging them into one outline.
Give the supplier a left-right position diagram with support candidates and no-contact areas. The verified catalog confirms that this product page exists, but it does not prove dimensions, material grades or protection levels; those require separate evidence.
Model the venue turnaround
Describe the sequence from truck door to operating position and back again. Include which lid comes off first, where it waits, which speaker is needed first and how the empty case moves away from the work zone. This exposes layout problems that a static dimension sheet cannot show.
Map cable-side clearance and hand access for both positions. Keep adapters and short leads in assigned compartments, with a visible check that they are present before the case leaves the venue. Do not let accessory storage block the quickest speaker retrieval path.
Approve repeatability, not appearance
Review the drawing against measurements, annotated photos and the turnaround sequence. Ask for position labels, orientation marks and a revision identifier so warehouse and crew can trace the approved arrangement.
Run two complete pack-unpack cycles with the intended handlers. Record wrong-way insertions, lid conflicts, missed accessories and extra handling steps. Approve only after the revised arrangement repeats cleanly; a neat exterior alone is not procurement evidence.
